Hylodes sazimai is a species of frog in the family Hylodidae.
It is endemic to Brazil.
Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forest, subtropical or tropical moist montane forest, and rivers.
It is threatened by habitat loss.
The adult male measures 27.1–28.5 mm in snout-vent length. The skin of the dorsum is brown in color, and the legs are red-brown with darker bars. The front legs are reddish with spots. There are lighter stripes on the frog's sides, reaching from the eye to the groin. There are white stripes running parallel to these stripes. The mouth is dark and the belly is white.

Přirozeným prostředím jsou subtropické či tropické vlhké nížinné a horské lesy a řeky, přičemž druh je ohrožen ztrátou přirozeného prostředí. Dospělí samci měří 27,1–28,5 mm. Kůže na hřbetě je hnědá, končetiny jsou červenohnědé s tmavšími pruhy a přední končetiny jsou načervenalé s tečkami. Hylodes sazimai é uma espécie de anfíbio da família Hylodidae. Foi descoberta em 1995. Endêmica do Brasil, pode ser encontrada na Serra das Cabras no município de Campinas, no estado de São Paulo, e na Serra de Itatiaia, no município de Itatiaia, no estado do Rio de Janeiro.
Os seus habitats naturais são: florestas subtropicais ou tropicais húmidas de baixa altitude, regiões subtropicais ou tropicais húmidas de alta altitude e rios. Está ameaçada por perda de habitat.
