Eleutherodactylus flavescens je druh žáby z čeledi Eleutherodactylidae, který je endemický ve východní části Dominikánské republiky. Jejími přirozenými stanovišti jsou mezické lesy a příležitostně mangrovy. Ve vhodných biotopech je to velmi běžná žába, avšak v některých částech svého areálu její populace klesá. Je ohrožena ztrátou přirozeného prostředí v důsledku rozvoje infrastruktury, včetně cestovního ruchu, a rozšiřování zemědělské půdy.

Eleutherodactylus flavescens ist eine Froschart aus der Familie der Eleutherodactylidae, die im Osten der Dominikanischen Republik endemisch ist. Ihre natürlichen Lebensräume sind mesische Wälder und gelegentlich Mangroven. Die Art ist in geeigneten Habitaten sehr häufig, zeigt jedoch in Teilen ihres Verbreitungsgebiets Rückgänge. Sie ist durch den Verlust von Lebensraum infolge von Infrastrukturentwicklung, einschließlich des Tourismus, sowie durch landwirtschaftliche Ausdehnung bedroht.
